Health Canada Warns of Confusion Between Maalox Multi Action and other Maalox Products

Health Canada is informing the public about potential confusion between the product Maalox® Multi
Action (which contains bismuth subsalicylate) and other Maalox® liquid products that have similar
names, labels and packaging but different ingredients. Taking Maalox® Multi Action unintentionally
can cause serious problems for people who have certain medical conditions or who are taking
certain medications.
